摘要:
日益紧缺的耕地资源推动着耕地功能的变化。国内耕地多功能评价在空间尺度上多以省、市为研究单元,以县域为基本单元分析较大区域耕地多功能演变的研究较少见,不利于较小区域耕地功能差异的探究与针对性保护管理意见的提出。本文以湖北省为研究区域,在解析识别耕地多功能表征因子的基础上,构建耕地多功能评价指标体系,基于冷热点分析和耦合协调度模型等方法,对湖北省85个县域耕地多功能时空演变特征和耦合协调程度进行了研究。结果表明:(1)2010—2017年湖北省县域耕地生产功能显著增强,社会功能、生态功能呈减弱趋势但幅度小;(2)湖北省县域耕地多功能冷热点格局变动大,鄂西各功能冷热点转变最显著;(3)湖北省县域耕地“生产—社会—生态”功能耦合协调度水平提高,耕地各功能趋于更高水平协调发展。研究结果可为区域耕地多功能管理、耕地多功能协调发展提供依据。
Abstract:
With the development of society, economy, and people's livelihood needs, the increasing shortages in farmland resources are driving the radical changes in farmland multifunction. The role of farmland has gradually changed from a single production into a synthesis of production function, social function and ecological function.As a county serves as a key administration unit in China, it is available to reflect the functional differences between farmlands on a smaller scale, and accordingly policy for management improvement and protection purpose could be built on it.In this research, an evaluation index system of multi-function of farmland was constructed on a county basis based on the identification of multi-function characterization factors of farmlands in Hubei province, China. It used hot spot analysis and coupling coordination modeling, entropy method and Coupling Coordination Degree model to implement the analysis. The distribution characteristics of the hot and cold spots were investigated; The characteristics of multi-functional spatial-temporal pattern of farmlands in Hubei province from 2010 to 2017 was revealed; And their evolution trend wad concluded.Results include:(1)The change trend of a single farmland function was obviously varied. From 2010 to 2017, the overall farmland function of production was enhanced and described a significant upward trend. There were fluctuations in ecological and social function, which weakened with a slight decline, closely relevant to agricultural technology and intensive use of farmland.(2)There were spatial differences in the multi-function of farmlands in counties, especially in western Hubei, with significant change in hot and cold spot pattern of farmland multi-function. The hot and cold spots of farmland social function showed a tendency to cluster. The cold spots of farmland ecological function increased significantly.(3)With gradually enhancing production function as well as weakening social and ecological function, the “production-social-ecological” function coupling degree of farmland was improved,and the three functions progressed to a higher level of coordination. The results can provide a scientific basis for regional differentiated multi-functional management, the coordinated development of multi-functions of regional farmland, and the enhancement of the comprehensive functions of farmland.
