摘要:
集镇是城乡要素流动的关键过渡性空间,兼具承接城市辐射与带动乡村发展的双重属性。集镇节点衔接功能失调,制约了城市辐射效应的传导效率和城乡融合发展的整体效能。解析全域集镇空间结构是理解城乡地域系统运行机制、重构城乡关系的关键切入点。前期研究多聚焦单一或典型集镇案例,缺乏从全域视角解析集镇空间格局的系统性探索。本文以成都市全域集镇为研究对象,基于2000—2020年时空序列数据,运用扩张强度差异指数(Urban Expansion Intensity Differentiation Index, UEDI)与地理探测器,定量解析集镇建成区扩张的时空特征及其驱动机制,并结合实地调研与多源数据,构建网-区-场-极多级目标分析框架,精细识别集镇空间格局并划分功能分区。研究结果表明:(1)2000—2020年成都市集镇建成区新增面积达116.69 km2,依扩张强度差异可划分为高速(IUEDI≥3.12)、快速(3.12<IUEDI≤1.44)、 中速(1.44<IUEDI≤0.6)和缓慢(IUEDI<0.6)四级扩张类型,扩张面积占比分别为4.94%、 15.43%、 38.27%、 41.36%。空间分布呈现中心极化-外围衰减的圈层结构特征。84.8%快速扩张集镇位于近郊,印证了空间极化效应的存在。(2)地理探测器分析显示,经济驱动因子(q=0.74)的解释力显著高于自然因子(q=0.05),结合政府政策对集镇扩张具有强劲推动力的调研实证结果,表明政策调控与经济发展构成集镇空间重构的双引擎,二者通过要素配置与空间重构形成协同作用机制。(3)基于区-场-极多级目标分析框架,成都市集镇空间格局可识别为8个核心集镇驱动极、 2个集镇地域发展场和3个集镇产业振兴区,各分区应立足自身资源禀赋,借鉴同类区域经验制定差异化发展策略。本研究提出的区-场-极多级目标分析框架,为解析集镇空间发展格局提供了适应性理论工具,对优化国土空间规划、推进城乡融合发展具有重要实践价值。
Abstract:
Market towns function as key transitional spaces/nodes for urban-rural element flow, embodying dual attributes of both bearing socioeconomic leverage of metropolis and driving rural development. A malfunction of market towns in the pivotal role impedes the transmission of urban leverage to suburban areas and restrains the overall efficiency of integrated urban-rural development. Interpretation of the spatial structure of market towns on a complete region basis could provide global perspective on the operation mechanism of urban-rural territorial system and facilitate urban-rural relation reconstruction. Unfortunately, former researchers confined their researches on market town mostly to single or typical town case, thereby lacking systematic exploration of town spatial patterns from a holistic perspective.
In this study it delineated all market towns across the entire areas of Chengdu municipality. Based on spatiotemporal series data from 2000 to 2020 and Urban Expansion Intensity Differentiation Index(UEDI)/geographical detectors, it quantitatively analyzed the spatiotemporal expansion in the built-up areas around the towns and underlying driving mechanisms. Then combined with field surveys and multi-source data, a multi-level objective analytical framework characterized by a hierarchical order of network-zone-field-pole was constructed to precisely identify spatial patterns and delineate functional zones.
(1) It found that from 2000 to 2020, the newly added built-up areas of market towns in Chengdu municipality reached 116.69 km2. According to UEDI, they can be classified into four expansion types: high-speed(IUEDI≥3.12), rapid(3.12<IUEDI≤1.44), medium-speed(1.44<IUEDI≤0.6), and slow(IUEDI<0.6), with their respective proportions of expansion areas being 4.94%, 15.43%, 38.27%, and 41.36%. The spatial distribution of market towns exhibited a concentric structure characterized by central polarization and peripheral attenuation. 84.8% of rapidly expanding towns were located in suburban areas, confirming the existence of spatial polarization effects.
(2) Geographical detector analysis indicated that economic driving factors(q=0.74)had significantly higher explanatory power than natural factors(q=0.05), which, combined with empirical research findings on the strong impetus of government policies on town expansion, indicated that policy regulation and economic development constituted a dual engine for town spatial restructuring. These two factors formed a synergistic mechanism through element allocation and spatial reconstruction.
(3)Guided by the network-zone-field-pole analytical framework, the spatial pattern of market towns across the entire Chengdu municipality was classified into 8 core driving poles, 2 regional development fields, and 3 industrial revitalization zones. Each zone is expected to leverage its unique resource endowments and adopt differentiated development strategies informed by analogous regional experiences.
The proposed multi-level analytical framework in this study offers an adaptive theoretical tool for deciphering the spatial development patterns of market towns, with practical implications for optimizing territorial spatial planning and advancing urban-rural integration.
