摘要:
推动乡村人居环境从基础性改善向高质量提升转型,是当前兼具现实紧迫性与战略前瞻性的核心任务。内蒙古自治区作为中国北方重要生态安全屏障,其乡村人居环境研究在面板数据模型构建与系统性量化分析方面仍存在显著短板,尤其在揭示不同地貌单元人居环境演变轨迹与空间分异规律方面亟待突破。本研究以内蒙古自治区12个盟市为研究单元,基于2013—2022年面板数据,采用熵权TOPSIS模型构建评价指标体系,并借助ArcGIS进行空间可视化分析。结果发现,(1)内蒙古乡村人居环境时序演变呈现持续改善态势,评价贴近度由0.2535上升至0.6302,综合指数由0.2297显著提升至0.7053,演进过程呈现“稳步提升—短期突破—小幅调整”的三阶段特征。(2)空间分异显著,蒙东、蒙中、蒙西地区评价指数均值分别为0.5226、0.4986、0.3059,呈现东高西低的梯度格局。(3)子系统层面,生态环境指数形成草原生态区与工农城市区分异格局,公共服务呈现东高西低的梯度递减,经济条件表现为中部隆起、东西差异的空间结构,基础设施则呈现经济导向型集聚特征。本研究为内蒙古人居环境研究提供了方法论创新,并为各级政府精准识别区域短板、制定差异化治理策略提供了科学依据。
Abstract:
Transforming rural human settlement environment from basic improvement to high-quality enhancement is a core task bearing both urgent urgency and strategic foresight. As a critical ecological security barrier in northern China, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region exhibits notable gaps in research on rural human settlements, particularly in panel data model construction and systematic quantitative analysis, especially concerning in revealing of evolutionary trajectories and spatial differentiation patterns across diverse geomorphic units.
