摘要:
山区旅游效率和生态福利绩效的研究,是山区旅游地生态文明建设和可持续发展的重要基础。当前针对县域等较小尺度地域单元生态福利绩效的研究较少,且缺乏对旅游效率与生态福利绩效耦合协调关系的研究,不利于区域人类福利水平的提升。本文基于一般系统论构建了旅游效率与生态福利绩效耦合协调机理理论框架。以皖南山区18个县(市、区)为研究对象,采用Super-SBM模型,测度2007—2019年皖南山区18个县域单元的旅游效率和生态福利绩效,检验两者之间互动关系,构建耦合协调度模型。综合使用泰尔指数、空间自相关模型和面板Tobit模型等方法,分析两者耦合协调时空格局演变特征和影响因素。结果如下:(1)皖南山区旅游效率波动上升,2019年高效率县域数量达到总数的50%且集中分布在池州市和黄山市; 生态福利绩效由低效率等级变为较高效率等级,其空间格局由南北分异变为自西南向东北递减。(2)旅游效率与生态福利绩效的耦合协调度由初级协调缓慢提高到中级协调,其空间格局经历了“圈层递减—东西高南北低—自西南向东北递减”的变化过程。(3)耦合协调度的区域差异变动大,绝大多数年份市间差异和市内差异对总体差异的贡献度相差不大,三个地级市耦合协调度市内差异及其对总体差异的贡献率也均表现出明显的波动; 此外,耦合协调度在全局和局部空间上均存在集聚现象。(4)旅游经济发展水平、城市化水平、产业高级化、消费水平和绿化水平的提高均会促进耦合协调水平的提升,而人口密度的提高则会对耦合协调发展产生抑制作用。本研究可以为皖南山区社会-经济-自然系统和旅游业系统的良性互动提供参考。
Abstract:
A clear understanding of tourism efficiency and ecological well-being performance(EWP)can build a scientific foundation for ecological civilization and sustainable development of mountainous tourist destinations. Unfortunately, little attention was paid to the exploration of EWP in counties and other smaller geographical units and the coupling coordination relationship between tourism efficiency and EWP. In this study, based on general system theory(GST), a theoretical framework of coupling coordination mechanism between tourism efficiency and EWP was created. 18 counties(cities and districts)in the mountainous area of southern Anhui province was targeted as case study, and Super-SBM model was used to calculate tourism efficiency and EWP from 2007 to 2019. The relationship between the two factors was also tested, following which a coupling coordination degree(CCD)model was established. Furthermore, this paper analyzed the evolution characteristics of the spatial-temporal pattern and influencing factors of coupling coordination relationship between tourism efficiency and EWP by adopting the Theil index, spatial auto-correlation model, and panel Tobit model. The conclusions are as follows:(1)Tourism efficiency in the mountainous area of southern Anhui province displayed a fluctuating but generally rising trend. In 2019, half of the 18 counties boasted high tourism efficiency, and such counties were concentrated in Chizhou city and Huangshan city. In terms of EWP, it showed a pronounced increase, and the efficiency of transforming natural consumption into welfare decreased from southwest to northeast, instead of featuring the previous character of a distinct difference between south and north.(2)CCD between the two rose slowly from primary coordination to intermediate coordination. Spatially, the CCD went through three stages: declining from the inner circle to the outer circle, being high in the eastern and western regions and low in the northern and southern regions, and declining from southwest to northeast.(3)There was a large variation of the regional difference in CCD. In most years, the contribution rate of inter-city disparity and intra-city disparity to the total disparity differed very little. The intra-city CCD disparities of the three prefecture-level cities and their contribution rate to the total disparity showed obvious fluctuations. Besides, CCD was spatially clustered, both globally and locally.(4)Tourism economic development, urbanization, industrial structure upgrading, and the improvement of consumption capacity and afforestation improved CCD, whereas the increase in population density curbed the coupling coordination development. This paper can provide scientific information for the positive interaction between social-economic-natural complex ecosystem and tourism system in the mountainous area of southern Anhui province.
